Technical Support/Customer Service
CradlePoint Inc. is seeking one full-time and two part-time applicants for our technical support department.
The ideal candidates will have previous technical support, help desk or equivalent experience. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Applicant should also possess knowledge in networking and routers.
Job Description:
Our Technical Support specialists are the first point of contact in resolving customer concerns. This position requires daily customer contact through inbound calls and chat sessions to determing the exact nature of the customer's problems. A variety of tools and resources will be used to perform diagnostic tests to help resolve hardware and software issues. Case management software will be used to document each incident.
Requirements:
Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Windows 2000, Windows Vista and XP.
Full-time hours: Mon - Fri, 10:30am to 7:30pm MST
Part-time hours: Mon - Fri, 11:30 to 3:30pm MST or Mon-Fri 3:30pm to 7:30pm MST
